About Laura
Throughout my career, I have counseled and coached executives and employees through transition and changes.
My professional background is in Human Resources, Training, and Counseling. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management) and two Master’s degrees: Organizational Development and Psychology. It is important to know the theories of coaching, counseling, and organizational development, but the practice is just as important. I have twenty years of experience in the field of Human Resources in both private and public sector. I have ten years of experience in training and conflict resolution. Now, I work one on one with individuals during transitions through life, conflict resolutions in personal and work situations, and organizational change in work groups.
